So what the heck is a yoke? In the days of Jesus, it was a kind of harness for oxen to pull a cart or farming equipment. Isn’t that how life can sometimes feel? Like an uphill both ways in the snow kind of drudgery?

But Jesus offered a solution:

"Come to me all who are weary and tired. I will give you rest. My yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

I don’t know about you, but I’m going to start taking my yokes easy from now on.

Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the shirt (highest point of the shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of desired end of shirt.

Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the measure horizontal.
